Bu hedefe ula\u015fman\u0131n ilk ve en kritik ad\u0131m\u0131 ise <strong>hatas\u0131z tan\u0131 ve te\u015fhistir<\/strong>. <strong>Konik I\u015f\u0131nl\u0131 Bilgisayarl\u0131 Tomografi (CBCT)<\/strong>, yani yayg\u0131n ad\u0131yla <strong>Dental Tomografi<\/strong>, klini\u011fimizde Dr. Tolga Kodaz\u2019\u0131n uygulad\u0131\u011f\u0131 t\u00fcm karma\u015f\u0131k ve ileri d\u00fczey tedavilerin temelini olu\u015fturan, \u00e7\u0131\u011f\u0131r a\u00e7\u0131c\u0131 bir 3 boyutlu (3D) g\u00f6r\u00fcnt\u00fcleme teknolojisidir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Geleneksel 2 boyutlu (2D) r\u00f6ntgen filmlerinin (panoramik veya periapikal) sundu\u011fu s\u0131n\u0131rl\u0131 bilgi, \u00f6zellikle implant, kanal tedavisi ve \u00e7ene cerrahisi gibi uygulamalarda yetersiz kalmaktad\u0131r. Dental Tomografi, di\u015f hekimli\u011finde adeta devrim yaratarak, \u00e7ene kemiklerinin, di\u015flerin, sinir yollar\u0131n\u0131n ve sin\u00fcs bo\u015fluklar\u0131n\u0131n <strong>milimetrik hassasiyetle<\/strong> incelenmesini sa\u011flar. Bu sayede, tedaviye ba\u015flamadan \u00f6nce her t\u00fcrl\u00fc anatomik risk \u00f6ng\u00f6r\u00fcl\u00fcr ve ba\u015far\u0131 \u015fans\u0131 en \u00fcst d\u00fczeye \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131l\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Konik I\u015f\u0131nl\u0131 Bilgisayarl\u0131 Tomografi (CBCT) Nedir?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>CBCT, standart t\u0131bbi bilgisayarl\u0131 tomografilere (BT) g\u00f6re \u00e7ok daha <strong>d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck radyasyon dozu<\/strong> kullanarak, di\u015f ve \u00e7ene yap\u0131s\u0131n\u0131n \u00fc\u00e7 boyutlu, hacimsel bir g\u00f6r\u00fcnt\u00fcs\u00fcn\u00fc olu\u015fturan \u00f6zel bir radyografi y\u00f6ntemidir. Cihaz, koni \u015feklinde bir X \u0131\u015f\u0131n\u0131 demeti kullanarak hastan\u0131n ba\u015f\u0131n\u0131n etraf\u0131nda h\u0131zl\u0131ca d\u00f6ner ve binlerce kesitsel g\u00f6r\u00fcnt\u00fc yakalar.
